Because of our conference packages for groups of five people or more, you will receive everything you need:
Basic package
- Well-lit conference room incl. room rental and provision costs based on participant numbers
- Electronic event signage
- Personal conference support
- Projector, screen, flipchart incl. flipchart paper, pinboard incl. pinboard paper and presentation kit
- Setup with writing block and pens
- Unlimited conference drinks (apple juice 0.2 l and mineral water 0.5 l, soft drinks 0.2 l)
- Unlimited speciality coffees and teas
Snack break
The following can be individually booked in addition to the basic package:
Morning/afternoon: Fresh mini pretzels, mini croissants, seasonal fruit, fruit yoghurt
Vitality break
The following can be individually booked in addition to the basic package:
Morning/afternoon: Bircher muesli, fruit salad, power bar (vegan), spelled bread with cottage cheese and herbs
Premium break
The following can be individually booked in addition to the basic package:
Morning/afternoon: Ciabattini with tomato, mozzarella and pesto, Ciabattini with cooked ham and herb cream, Bircher muesli, seasonal fruit, mini croissants, selection of biscuits
Sweet break
Morning/afternoon: Different types of cakes and pastries

Ideal for the lunch break: enjoy our buffets incl. soft drinks and speciality coffees in the Weitblick buffet restaurant, available daily between 12 pm and 1.30 pm.

Pure indulgence: dinner buffets incl. soft drinks and speciality coffees in the Weitblick buffet restaurant, available daily between 6:00 pm and 9.30 pm.
